Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
2007 File Formats Allows your Word, Excel and
Powerpoint versions 2000, 2002, XP, 2003 to open the New version 2007
files.
If you do not have Office 2007 on your laptop or home
computer - but you do have Office 2000, 2002, XP or 2003 then you will
want to install this program.
Follow the instructions below to download and install
the Microsoft FileFormatConverters.exe program...
Overview
Users of the Microsoft Office XP and 2003
programs Word, Excel, or PowerPoint—please
install all High-Priority updates from
Microsoft Update before
installing this Compatibility Pack.
By installing this Compatibility Pack in addition to Microsoft
Office 2000, Office XP, or Office 2003, you will be able to
open, edit, and save files using the
file formats new to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007. The
Compatibility Pack can also be used in conjunction with the
Microsoft Office Word Viewer 2003, Excel Viewer 2003, and
PowerPoint Viewer 2003 to view files saved in these new
formats.

When the following is displayed on your
computer click Run to begin the install OR click Save to
download to your computer and then double-click the downloaded
file from your computer to run it.
Then follow the instructions provided by
